"My dog Maia passed away unexpectedly a couple of days ago. Although she had some arthritis issues and was in her later years, it came as a shock. She was scheduled to have a benign tumor removed from her hind knee, but obviously had to call this morning to cancel. Dr Katie called me later this early evening to give her condolences and her concern of what happened. She and her staff are very passionate, and caring. Dr Katie is an awesome veterinarian. Maia was always terrified of going to the vet, and Dr Katie was always considerate and gentle with Maia. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Katie and staff, you're a blessing!!"
