"I have taken my Pups ages 11 yes down to 8 months to Imlay City Vet for several years now. Before that I serviced the clinics medical equipment for nearly a decade.In that time I didn't want a conflict of interest so I took my Pups elsewhere. But during that time I began to see the"Behind the scenes"workings of Imlay City Vet..... the staff was always so good with every patient I saw them with. They also never compromised on the care of their diagnostic equipment, which to me said that they truly wanted the best for their patients.I decided to break protocol and transferred my 3 Furkids over to their care... all I can say is that I wish I had done it so much sooner .The Dr's, the techs, even the gals at the front t desk are simply AMAZING when we walk in the door. The care they get is second to none, but what is most impressive to me, is the fact that the girls will pick up the phone during the day and just call to see how everyone is doing.We're treated like FAMILY, not clients."
